Job Summary
This permanent position seeks an experienced Business Architect to significantly shape the future enterprise architecture and strategic direction of the IT and process landscape for a major German health insurance provider (AOK PLUS). Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and managing the holistic enterprise architecture, creating IT strategies and roadmaps, ensuring compliance with data protection (Privacy by Design) and regulatory requirements, and actively driving innovation. The role involves technology and process consulting, evaluating new applications, and proactively initiating optimization projects. A key component is leading strategically important projects, advising top management, and integrating requirements stemming from the organization's platform strategy. Candidates must possess a Master's level degree in a relevant technical field and substantial experience in architecture development and IT solution disciplines.
Required Skills
Education
Master's level university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Technology, Engineering, or System Analysis, with a focus on Business Architecture Management, Digital Business Models, and Platforms, or equivalent knowledge and skills
Experience
- Minimum 2 years in the development of architectures and IT strategies, combining business goals, technical requirements, data protection, and IT security aspects
- Minimum 2 years of experience in at least two disciplines of IT solution development (e.g., technical or infrastructure architecture, application development, middleware, database management, or cloud development)
- Experience in leadership or project leadership (Ideally)
