Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the Front End of Line (FEOL) process module within a world-leading center for advanced photolithography mask development and production, serving the semiconductor industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic direction, successful production, and development of new technologies, specifically overseeing the Lithography and Etching processes. Key responsibilities include the direct leadership and development of department heads, managing a team of 20-30 employees, driving project planning aligned with corporate strategy, ensuring continuous improvement of process quality, and optimizing costs. The position requires a degree in Physics, Chemistry, or Engineering, multi-year experience in the semiconductor industry, extensive management expertise, and fluency in both German and English.
