Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Process Engineer specializing in the Inspection area to join an innovative, internationally active company focused on high-tech photolithography masks for the semiconductor industry. The core responsibility involves optimizing high-tech equipment and processes used in inspection, which is crucial for the production of microprocessors, logic, and memory products. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and controlling inspection processes, developing and implementing new process technologies, and driving continuous improvement in key performance indicators through statistical data analysis and optimization strategies. The successful candidate must hold a university degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field, possess experience in implementing technological projects, and demonstrate strong communication skills, particularly in English.
