Job Summary
This role is an excellent opportunity to join a leading IT service provider in Berlin as an IT Service Engineer, focusing on delivering high-quality 1st and 2nd level user support. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing telephone support, troubleshooting errors, managing user accounts in Active Directory, and documenting incidents using a ticketing system. Day-to-day tasks also include resolving login issues, supporting Citrix Workspace environments, and handling local hardware problems, including installation of event technology (laptops/projectors) and setting up Cisco WebEx video conferences. Key requirements include approximately three years of professional experience, excellent knowledge of Windows 10 and standard IT components, and good proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange environments. This permanent position offers stability and the chance to work with diverse IT infrastructure.
