Job Summary
This role as an IT Specialist, focusing heavily on Software Architecture and Development, involves taking central responsibility for the continuous evolution and adaptation of existing Oracle Web and database applications within the Sparkassenakademie Bayern. The core focus includes managing the central event management system, covering everything from requirements analysis and conception to customization and ongoing development. A significant part of the job involves developing efficient interfaces between internal systems and external partners, contributing to various academy projects, and evolving the internal Controlling system by generating statistics and reports. Candidates must possess several years of experience as an Oracle Full-Stack Developer and either have expertise in or be willing to acquire knowledge of Oracle Application Express (APEX). The position requires a self-reliant, structured, and team-oriented professional with strong communication skills, offering excellent benefits including 32 vacation days and mobile office flexibility.

Experience
- Several years of experience as an Oracle Full-Stack Developer
- Experience working with continuing education systems
- Experience creating reports, statistics, and evaluations (ideally in Controlling)
