Job Summary

This role involves serving as an Electrical Engineering Instructor in Erlangen, focusing on industrial electrical engineering within the energy technology sector. Key responsibilities include planning, preparing, and delivering training content through both in-person and online formats, monitoring learning progress, and providing specialized technical and personal mentorship to apprentices. The instructor will also be responsible for conceptualizing and executing cross-disciplinary projects and modules, and administering training processes. Candidates must possess comprehensive knowledge of power electronics, frequency converters (like SINAMICS G120), transformers, electric motors, and DIN-VDE standards, and be able to convey these concepts practically.
