Job Summary
This role involves taking ownership of the training program for electrical trade apprentices within an expanding electrical installation company in Berlin. Day-to-day responsibilities include mentoring trainees from the hiring process through to their final examinations, managing the dedicated training workshop, and independently organizing and coordinating their work processes and exam preparation activities. The ideal candidate should be a Master Electrician or an experienced Electrician/Technician, preferably holding a Trainer Certification (or willing to obtain one), and possess a strong, practical, problem-solving approach to electrical engineering. The position offers an unlimited permanent contract, above-tariff compensation (€36,000 - €60,000), a company vehicle, mobile devices, and significant autonomy in shaping the training curriculum, making it an attractive opportunity for motivated professionals dedicated to developing the next generation of electricians.
Required Skills
Education
Master Electrician qualification required; Trainer Certification (Ausbilderschein) is desirable but can be acquired.
