Job Summary

This role seeks a (Lead) Systems Engineer specializing in Data Analysis Systems to drive the technical development and implementation of advanced satellite and airborne reconnaissance platforms. The core responsibility involves leading the planning and execution of system engineering efforts aimed at near-real-time information gathering and situational awareness. Day-to-day tasks include defining operational concepts, designing robust system architectures, and creating technical specifications for complex sensor systems. You will technically lead project teams and subcontractors, oversee the construction of airborne sensor demonstrators, and manage critical measurement campaigns. A significant part of the role involves analyzing and processing sensor data utilizing both classical methods and modern AI/Machine Learning techniques. Success requires a background in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Aerospace, deep knowledge of sensor and reconnaissance technologies, and proven experience in image processing and leading technical teams. This position offers the chance to work on high-impact defense/security projects within a permanent contract structure.
