Job Summary

This role involves serving as the key contact for operational 2nd-Level IT support within a successful IT service company specializing in Managed Services. The Systems Technician will be responsible for the operation and independent maintenance of client and server systems, as well as applications, both remotely in the data center and on-site at customer locations. Key tasks include planning and executing new installations, managing systems documentation, and ensuring smooth IT operations. Candidates should possess a relevant technical IT qualification or equivalent professional experience, coupled with several years of experience in user support or 2nd-Level IT projects. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server, Windows 10, Office 365, and networking is essential. This is a full-time, permanent position offering challenging projects, flat hierarchies, and opportunities for professional development.

Required Skills

Education

Completed qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Customer Consultant, IT Systems Electronics Technician, IT Systems Merchant, IT Service Technician, Information Electronics Technician, Industrial Systems Technician, IT Merchant, PC and Network Specialist, or comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Several years of experience in user support or 2nd-Level IT projects
  • Professional experience in the IT sector (if no formal qualification is held)
