Job Summary

This role is ideal for a motivated leader with a strong affinity for modern IT and business analytics, seeking to manage and guide the IT Business Analytics team within one of Northern Germany's largest privately held food retailers. The Team Lead will be responsible for the commercial and disciplinary leadership of a team covering Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and Data Science & AI. Day-to-day tasks involve taking ownership of, evaluating, and prioritizing all Business Analytics requirements, serving as the key communication interface between internal and external stakeholders, and controlling project execution in close collaboration with the technical lead. Key qualifications include a degree or equivalent experience in IT or Business Informatics, strong analytical skills, and initial experience in team leadership and IT Business Analytics.
