This role involves managing the technical facility operations for approximately 30 locations within the Stuttgart region. The Regional Technical Facility Manager will be responsible for organizing maintenance, supporting fault resolution, conducting inspections, and ensuring the upkeep of diverse building systems, including electrical, HVAC, and plumbing. Key responsibilities include controlling the quality, cost, and adherence to deadlines for external services, managing subcontractors, and overseeing the acceptance and billing of construction and renovation projects. Candidates must possess a completed degree in a relevant field (e.g., Civil Engineering or Facility Management) or a technical qualification (Technician/Master) in areas like Electrical or HVAC technology, coupled with extensive professional experience. Required Skills
Education
