Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Commissioning Coordinator to ensure the smooth launch of complex technical systems, machinery, and plants for NEPTUN WERFT GmbH & Co. KG in Rostock. Day-to-day responsibilities involve taking the lead on commissioning processes, meticulously controlling assembly work, and verifying strict adherence to construction and quality standards. A core function is coordination, requiring close collaboration internally, with third-party companies, and externally with shipping companies, classification societies, and customers. The coordinator will actively participate in process planning and optimization, analyze fault sources, develop targeted solutions, and assist with warranty and repair assignments. Candidates must possess completed vocational training in Electronics or Mechatronics, or be a certified Technician, coupled with several years of professional experience in industrial assembly or commissioning. Ideal candidates will also have good written and spoken English skills for international communication.
