Job Summary

This role offers an engaged student the opportunity to take ownership of a central logistics project: the conception and implementation of a qualification matrix using Microsoft Access. Day-to-day responsibilities include comprehensive database development, such as creating the data model and structure, integrating various data sources (e.g., employee master data, work instructions), and mapping current and required qualifications. The student will also be responsible for developing user-friendly input masks, implementing reporting features like training overviews and employee status reports, and documenting the database architecture. The ideal candidate is an enrolled student, preferably in Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics Management, possessing strong knowledge of MS Access and MS Office tools, with desirable programming skills in VBA. This position offers flexible working hours (20 hours/week) tailored to the study schedule, allowing the student to gain practical experience and contribute actively within a dynamic logistics environment, learning from experienced professionals.
