Job Summary

This role seeks a meticulous and dedicated technician to join the team responsible for the assembly and testing of custom fiber optic light guides. Day-to-day responsibilities include the precise assembly (Konfektionierung) of customer-specific optical fibers, processing internal and external orders, and executing detailed quality inspections using specialized, customer-specific testing equipment. A core function involves accurately documenting all quality checks and working independently based on technical drawings and work instructions. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional manual dexterity, reliability, and a high degree of quality consciousness. While experience with bonding/gluing techniques and simple mechanical processing is advantageous, the ability to work precisely and autonomously is essential.
