Job Summary

This role seeks an innovation driver to manage and strategically develop digital Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) products and services, specifically focusing on Aircraft Component and Engine Services. The Manager will be responsible for translating customer needs and market demands into product requirements, ensuring the commercial success, marketability, and user-friendliness of digital offerings, and leading products through the entire lifecycle up to customer go-live. Key responsibilities include steering implementation with cross-functional agile teams, developing new applications, optimizing IT application operations, and fostering a digital, entrepreneurial culture. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, possesses strong IT and business administration knowledge, and has at least four years of comparable professional experience, particularly in digital product development and agile project management.
