Job Summary
This full-time, fixed-term Project Administrator role, running until July 31, 2028, is split equally between the "Music Theater 360°" project and general grant management for Musikkultur Rheinsberg gGmbH, a vibrant cultural institution in Northern Brandenburg. The administrator will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of third-party funding and grants, including meticulous administrative management of applications, adherence to funding regulations (especially public subsidy law), and timely preparation of accurate financial and factual reports for verification of use and amendment requests. Key responsibilities include acting as the liaison between funding bodies and the accounting department, ensuring project compliance, and actively contributing to the digitalization and improvement of internal administrative workflows. This is a crucial support role requiring strong organizational skills and expertise in public administration or cultural management, offering a responsible position within innovative educational and cultural projects.
Required Skills
Education
University degree (at least Bachelor's) with a focus on business administration, administration, or law (e.g., Public Management, Cultural Management, Business Administration)
Experience
- Professional experience in public subsidy law (HHO of the State of Brandenburg), grant administration, or project accounting (advantageous)
- Comparable professional experience to a university degree in a relevant field
