Job Summary

This role as an IT Specialist for System Integration involves managing the internal IT infrastructure for a large medical association operating 12 gynecological practices and medical centers across Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of IT systems, including the installation and configuration of essential hardware and software components. A core focus of the role is maintaining system stability through proactive monitoring and maintenance, rapid fault analysis, and effective troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Furthermore, the specialist will provide essential IT support to staff and independently drive digitalization projects specific to the healthcare sector. Candidates must possess a completed relevant IT qualification, sound expertise in network technology, server administration, and operating systems, coupled with proven experience in technical fault resolution.
