Job Summary
This role is for an innovative Consultant specializing in Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Document Management Systems (DMS), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions, starting in 2026. The consultant will be instrumental in designing and implementing customized overall concepts for clients, focusing on integrating GDPR-compliant AI solutions into existing system landscapes. Day-to-day tasks involve developing AI-supported automation concepts, designing and implementing electronic workflows to digitize business processes, and managing project execution from requirement definition through rollout and training. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background (e.g., IT or Business Informatics), understands ERP and CRM concepts, and has a foundational knowledge of AI and data protection (GDPR). This position offers significant creative freedom to shape a new business area, supports flexible home-office arrangements, and includes a company car for professional and private use.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or a degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics)
Experience
- Professional experience in technical fields (e.g., IT, Business Informatics) OR entry-level position
- Interest or initial contact points with AI technologies
- Basic experience/fundamentals in a scripting or programming language (desirable)
- Understanding of business processes in ERP systems
