Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive telephone and written support to end customers and business partners regarding the Sage100 ERP solution and the company's proprietary WebApp. The specialist will be crucial in helping businesses optimize their commercial processes and workflows, focusing on merchandise management and financial accounting solutions. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and optimizing existing Sage100 business processes, analyzing and processing service requests and incidents, and handling the commercial aspects of the service process. The role also requires performing system customization, conducting user training, and escalating risks to consultants or project managers when necessary. Candidates should possess professional experience in ERP user support, ideally within the Sage environment, coupled with strong analytical skills and a high degree of customer and service orientation.
