The Team Leader will hold technical responsibility for the area, potentially including the technical guidance of employees in international subsidiaries within a matrix organization. Key day-to-day tasks include resource and travel planning for team members, independent planning and execution of automation projects from conception to commissioning, and fostering a high-performing, team-oriented culture. The position requires strong interface management with development, project management, and external service providers, as well as presenting innovative automation solutions to international clients and partners.
