Job Summary
This role requires an experienced In-House IT Consultant to specialize in Workday Recruiting, acting as the critical link between HR and IT to transform complex, multi-country business requirements into simple, scalable solutions. The consultant will own the Workday Recruiting roadmap, translating global needs into clear configurations and actionable workflows. Key daily activities include designing, testing, and iterating high-quality setups, dashboards, and reports to drive data-informed decisions. Furthermore, the consultant is responsible for leading the resolution of complex 3rd-level issues and managing projects end-to-end to ensure they meet scope, time, and budget expectations. The ideal candidate possesses several years of Workday Recruiting implementation and reporting experience, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and fluency in English. This position offers the opportunity to streamline global processes and champion data integrity within a large, diverse technology group.
