Job Summary

This Systems Engineer role involves the comprehensive planning, implementation, and operation of IT system landscapes within service and infrastructure projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing qualified 1st and 2nd level technical support via a central ticketing system, managing the client and server infrastructure—including operating system installation, software distribution, and patch management—and contributing to the administration and development of network, server, and cloud environments, ideally utilizing Microsoft 365 or Azure. The position also requires the technical setup of IT workstations and mobile devices, coordinating hardware repairs, and managing IT component logistics and inventory. Candidates must possess a completed qualification such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, fundamental knowledge of Windows OS and networks, strong service orientation, and fluent English skills, coupled with a Class B driver's license.
