This role involves providing essential 2nd level support and administration for the Jira and Confluence platforms within a significant German healthcare organization based in Berlin. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing access permissions, administering user and security groups, and actively participating in platform customizations, particularly developing and refining Jira workflows. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification, coupled with at least one year of hands-on professional experience in developing or supporting the Jira/Confluence environment.
