Job Summary

This role involves providing essential onsite IT support and technical services for a leading European IT service provider, catering to major clients including Dax-listed corporations. The Onsite Support Technician will be heavily involved in rollouts and performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services for various hardware like clients, notebooks, monitors, and printers. Day-to-day tasks include installing, configuring, and replacing end devices, troubleshooting network connectivity issues, and conducting comprehensive hardware and software error analysis and resolution, all while adhering strictly to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Key qualifications include a completed IT specialization (such as IT Specialist for System Integration or IT Systems Electronics Technician), professional experience in user support and rollouts, and strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and MS Office.
