Job Summary

This role involves supporting an innovative, globally active mechanical engineering company in Rendsburg by managing daily accounts payable operations. The Accounts Payable Accountant will be responsible for recording all business transactions, handling general ledger accounting, and accurately capturing, booking, and verifying vendor invoices. A key part of the job involves reconciling invoices with purchasing departments, suppliers, and service providers, as well as assisting with financial closings. The ideal candidate must possess a completed commercial vocational training and preferably have initial professional experience in industrial accounting. Proficiency in standard IT programs, including MS Office and an ERP system (preferably SAP FI/MM), is required, alongside strong communication skills and a self-reliant work ethic.
