Service Technician / Building Services Technician for Building Technology & Facility Management | Servicetechniker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the smooth technical operation of a facility in Monheim am Rhein, focusing on building technology and comprehensive facility management. Day-to-day tasks include performing maintenance, inspections, and walk-throughs related to technical building equipment (TGA) and general building systems. A key responsibility is coordinating subcontractors, including registration, instruction, and acceptance of their work. The technician will also handle small maintenance tasks, replace light sources, and manage internal relocations. Successful candidates must have a technical background in electrical engineering or HVAC (heating, ventilation, sanitation), possess strong organizational and communication skills for interacting with clients and building users, and be capable of working independently and service-orientedly. Previous experience in technical facility management is a plus, and candidates must either hold the EFKffT certificate or be willing to acquire it through training.
