Job Summary

This role involves providing first-level support to PC users and assisting with daily IT issues within a leading European IT service company. The specialist will be responsible for operational support and managing the local IT infrastructure, including the administration and maintenance of hardware components in the workplace environment. Key daily tasks include patching network components, assisting with Cisco switch and monitor/keyboard unit maintenance, and performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities for IT hardware setup and relocation. Candidates must have a completed vocational training in IT, practical experience with IMAC, and excellent knowledge of standard hardware, Windows 10/11, and Microsoft 365.
