Job Summary

This role involves managing and developing the operational aspects of E-Mobility infrastructure, focusing on achieving ORLEN Deutschland's goal of CO2 neutrality by 2050. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation and further development of the E-Mobility backend systems, including OCPP platforms, roaming, and monitoring, ensuring the availability and performance of the charging infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include providing L2 technical customer support, organizing service and maintenance cases, and managing change requests. Key qualifications include a background in Business Informatics, Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration, a basic understanding of charging infrastructure processes (CPO/EMP environment), and knowledge of backend architectures and interfaces like API, OCPP, or OCPI. The position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in both German and English to manage stakeholders and analyze operational KPIs, contributing directly to the future of mobility and energy.
