Job Summary

This role involves working as an Assembly, Integration, and Test (AIT) Technician specializing in Harness systems within space electronics projects for AIRBUS Defence and Space. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing AIT Harness tasks, including processing requirement documentation, integration and test plans, and integration reports. Day-to-day activities include independently performing test plans using measuring equipment, preparing and executing Harness AIT tasks, and conducting Test-Harness integration and check-out on satellite structures according to customer requirements. Collaboration with other Airbus sites and European subcontractors is also expected, potentially involving participation in domestic and international test campaigns. Key qualifications include professional experience in harness manufacturing, electrical/mechanical measurement techniques, and familiarity with aerospace industry standard procedures and ESA certification standards for crimping and soldering. Fluency in both German and English is required for this challenging and innovative position.
