Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Service Technician to provide comprehensive 1st and 2nd level IT support for a business client in the Frankfurt am Main area. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing IT technical support, handling and qualifying disruptions via ticket systems and phone, and performing installation and configuration of hardware within the campus environment. The technician will also assist with workplace relocations, new installations, and migrations, while maintaining client software and hardware within defined systems. Key qualifications include a completed IT education or relevant professional experience, strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Client and Server), and familiarity with MS Office environments. Excellent German and good English skills, combined with a Class B driver's license, are essential for success in this challenging and rewarding position.
