Job Summary

This role involves taking responsibility for change management and investigating the root causes of reported issues, which forms the basis for monthly billing. The Data and Process Analyst will coordinate and negotiate these reports both internally and with external customers, while monitoring quality costs and developing recommendations for process optimization. A core part of the job is controlling and reconciling billing-relevant data, including its calculation, and creating, maintaining, and analyzing reports, key figures, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. You will also manage and continuously develop billing processes, including building supporting tools, and ensure effective information exchange across departments. Success requires the ability to quickly grasp complex processes, proactive communication, and a highly structured, goal-oriented, and accurate working style.
