Job Summary

This role involves acting as a key EDI Specialist, responsible for the setup, configuration, and maintenance of critical EDI interfaces and mappings, including standards like EDIFACT and XML. The specialist will manage and continuously develop EDI processes in communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. A significant part of the job includes providing 1st and 2nd level support by analyzing and resolving system disruptions, monitoring daily operations, and documenting activities within the EDI system. Furthermore, the specialist will collaborate with IT and external service providers to implement new connections and projects, focusing on optimizing business processes through digital solutions. Candidates should possess an IT qualification or equivalent experience, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with common EDI standards and protocols.
