Job Summary

This role involves the installation and ongoing maintenance of IT infrastructures for various clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of Windows Servers, network components, and cloud services, including handling 1st and 2nd level support issues both remotely and on-site. A core part of the job is implementing robust IT security measures such as backups, firewalls, and multi-factor authentication, alongside thorough documentation of projects and system environments. Key qualifications include a completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent experience, strong knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory, network technology, and ideally Microsoft 365. Excellent German language skills (written and spoken) and a Class B driving license for client visits are mandatory prerequisites for this challenging and dynamic position.
