Job Summary

This role seeks a proactive IT Specialist to manage and maintain the client infrastructure end-to-end. Day-to-day responsibilities include the conception, installation, configuration, and operation of client systems. Key technical duties involve deployment, managing group policies, software distribution, patch management, client analytics, and ensuring client security. The specialist will also be responsible for resolving 2nd and 3rd level incidents, monitoring system availability, selecting and testing new hardware models, and creating comprehensive system documentation and user manuals. To succeed, candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or equivalent training as an IT Specialist, coupled with relevant professional experience. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Administration, specifically in client management and software distribution, is essential. The position requires a systematic, solution-oriented approach to problem analysis and clear communication skills.
