Information Security Specialist | Mitarbeiter Informationssicherheit (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is centered on connecting people and technology by enhancing and maintaining the company's robust Information Security Management System (ISMS). The specialist will be responsible for conducting and documenting Business Impact Analyses (BIA) to identify critical business processes and IT dependencies, and subsequently developing, maintaining, and testing emergency and Business Continuity plans. A core function involves expanding the existing ISMS, currently based on TISAX, towards full ISO 27001 compliance. Day-to-day duties also include expanding and managing the risk management framework, performing internal audits of IT architectures and cloud systems, and supporting external audits. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Informatics or a related technical field, possesses at least three years of experience in BCM and BIA, and is fluent in German, demonstrating a proactive, structured, and analytical approach to security and compliance.
