Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional looking to manage and maintain complex server and client systems, primarily within the Microsoft ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities include the comprehensive support of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, hands-on installation and configuration of hardware and software, and active participation in IT infrastructure projects. A core part of the job involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues within customer infrastructures, documenting solutions via a ticketing system, and maintaining excellent communication with both clients and manufacturers.
