Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive setup, maintenance, and support of IT systems for clients. Day-to-day tasks include deploying and configuring PCs, notebooks, and network switches, installing and managing Sophos Firewalls, and setting up and supporting Starface telephone systems. You will also be responsible for monitoring systems using PRTG Network Monitor, performing data backup and recovery with Veeam Backup, and managing user accounts and permissions in Microsoft 365. The position requires active participation in 1st and 2nd-level IT support, handling support tickets, and providing direct user assistance. A key aspect is the administration of Windows operating systems, including Windows 11 and Windows Server. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration or equivalent practical experience, strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking, and Windows systems, and a customer-oriented approach. This full-time or part-time (morning) position offers flexible working hours with home office options and opportunities for further training.
