Job Summary

This System Engineer role is dedicated to advancing the next generation of microscopy systems. The core responsibilities involve the planning, conception, and rigorous execution of measurement experiments across individual components, modules, and complete systems. Day-to-day tasks include comprehensive data evaluation, detailed documentation, and the precise measurement of individual lasers utilizing appropriate power detectors. A critical function of this position is defining quality assurance by writing detailed measurement specifications and templates for the incoming goods inspection of pre-series devices. Candidates must hold a completed engineering degree with a specialization in Technical Optics, Physics, or Laser Technology. Success in this role requires practical experience with optical test setups and proficiency in applying optical measuring devices, along with know-how in using Matlab.
