Job Summary

This specialized role as an Electrical Design Engineer focuses on creating electrical designs for military and special vehicles, offering a clear career trajectory towards becoming the Deputy Team Leader of the Electrical Design team. Daily responsibilities are highly technical, encompassing the preparation of detailed circuit diagrams, terminal plans, and comprehensive wiring lists. A core function involves the design of complex cable harnesses and the meticulous selection of suitable electrical components, such as connectors and cables. Furthermore, the position requires the creation and adaptation of testing specifications and actively supporting project management functions, including project controlling, tracking, and initial project calculation. Successful candidates must possess a completed degree or Technician qualification in Electrical Engineering and ideally bring initial professional experience in electrical design, coupled with practical knowledge of EPLAN or similar electrical CAD programs. Strong communication skills in both German and English are necessary to thrive in this demanding technical environment.
