Job Summary

This role requires a dedicated professional to take charge of planning and potentially construction management for electrical engineering systems, adhering to HOAI service phases 1-8. Day-to-day tasks involve developing comprehensive technical concepts and translating them into executable solutions for diverse construction projects, encompassing overall electrical planning for both new builds and renovation initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses a qualification as a Specialist Planner for Energy and Building Services Technology or a State-certified Electrical Engineering Technician, backed by fundamental technical expertise in electrical and communication technology. Previous industry experience and familiarity with HOAI planning processes are advantageous.
