Job Summary

This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level IT support to field staff and acting as a critical interface between users and internal departments. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware (laptops, desktops, iPads, iPhones, printers) and software, including proprietary applications. The specialist will also be responsible for installing new hardware/software, managing user accounts in Active Directory, and configuring mobile devices (iPhone/iPad) using the MobileIron MDM system. The ideal candidate must have completed vocational training as an IT Specialist or possess a comparable qualification, demonstrate very strong hardware and software knowledge, and have initial experience in 1st and 2nd level support.
