Job Summary

This role involves connecting people and technology by serving as an integral IT Support Specialist, focusing on 1st and 2nd level support within IT system integration and optimization projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical assistance to users and system administrators at both server and client levels, independently processing tickets, and contributing to the continuous development of the Helpdesk knowledge base. You will also be responsible for conducting user training and escalating unresolved issues to Third-Level Support. The ideal candidate possesses a completed vocational qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, combined with solid experience in hardware and software user support. Excellent proficiency in ticketing systems and ITIL processes is mandatory, alongside fluent German and good English skills.
