Job Summary
This role involves the complete lifecycle development of hardware modules, specifically within the automotive sector, from initial design through to series production readiness. The Hardware Developer will be responsible for designing and optimizing new solutions, conducting precise measurements on power electronic assemblies and components, and meticulously documenting all development activities. A key aspect of the role is actively contributing to continuous process optimization and applying modern development processes to meet stringent quality goals. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field, coupled with solid experience in hardware development, ideally within the automotive domain. Proficiency in digital control technology and fluency in German, alongside good English skills, are essential for technical coordination with internal departments and successful project delivery.
