Job Summary

This role is designed for an ambitious Electronics Process Engineer focused on transforming technological visions into reality by optimizing complex manufacturing sequences. The core responsibilities involve the conception, development, and optimization of production technologies specifically for the assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic components. Day-to-day tasks include introducing new production methods in close collaboration with the Quality department, conducting detailed process observations to analyze workflows, and identifying potential for optimization. Furthermore, the engineer will contribute to manufacturing cost reduction by assessing drawing changes and working closely with development teams. Key qualifications include a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical training, professional experience with PCB manufacturing technologies, and knowledge of ERP systems like SAP and relevant quality standards (IPC/ECSS).
