Job Summary

This role involves leading and executing technical building services (TGA/MEP) projects focused on electrical systems. The Project Manager will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, including planning, preparation, and execution, while providing technical leadership to the project team. Key tasks include creating detailed work and installation plans, performing technical calculations, and acting as the main point of contact and negotiator for clients, authorities, and planning participants. The ideal candidate must possess a degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, combined with several years of professional and leadership experience managing complex MEP/TGA electrical projects. Success in this role requires strong project management skills, knowledge of contract law, and a willingness to travel nationwide for large projects (1-2 times per week).
