Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Project Manager to drive innovation in the rapidly expanding field of e-mobility and charging infrastructure. The successful candidate will independently oversee complex projects from initial planning through successful execution, ensuring adherence to strict deadlines, profitability targets, and safety regulations. Key responsibilities include leading project teams, managing resource allocation (personnel and materials), and coordinating external service providers. A crucial aspect of the role involves active customer acquisition and comprehensive stakeholder management, engaging with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. Candidates must possess a strong electro-technical background, ideally supported by a Master Craftsman certification, Technician diploma, or a degree in Electrical Engineering. Professional experience in electrical or energy supply, particularly related to renewable energy or e-mobility, is required, along with initial project leadership experience. This position offers a dynamic environment but requires significant travel (approx. 60%) for project-related duties.
