Job Summary

This role involves administering and continuously developing the ACP vCloud Virtualization Platform, focusing heavily on VMware vSphere, NSX, and Cloud Director technologies. The Datacenter Engineer will be a key contributor in the 2nd Level Support team, analyzing and resolving technical issues and system disruptions. A significant part of the job includes integrating new technologies into the existing infrastructure, actively incorporating customer requirements into product design, and consulting internal teams and clients on appropriate technology selection and cloud strategy implementation. Ideal candidates possess profound knowledge of Datacenter architecture, extensive experience in server virtualization, and a strong affinity for automation, coupled with excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
