Job Summary

This role is a critical technical leadership position focused on maintaining and advancing production facilities within a leading frozen food company specializing in vegetarian convenience products. The Master Electrician/Technician will be responsible for the daily maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of diverse machinery and systems. Key duties include ensuring electrical safety and quality as the designated electrical specialist, documenting all maintenance activities, and actively participating in the energy management team. A significant component of the role involves team leadership and mentoring electrical/electronics apprentices, requiring strong technical knowledge in measurement, control, and regulation technology, ideally backed by an instructor certification. Candidates must possess a completed electrical engineering apprenticeship and a Master or Technician qualification, coupled with relevant professional experience in a manufacturing environment. Success in this position demands a high degree of responsibility, diligence, and very good German language skills.
