This role involves leading a small service team (2-3 employees) responsible for the technical management, maintenance, and repair of security and fire alarm systems within a modern, prestigious building complex in Frankfurt's Ostend district. The Team Leader will oversee resource planning, ensure compliance with standards, and manage the technical documentation, including maintaining the fire control matrix. Key day-to-day tasks include programming, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning BMA/SAA systems. The ideal candidate must have experience leading small teams, possess deep knowledge of security technology, and hold specific certifications (e.g., Esser).
