Job Summary

This role involves strategically managing product safety and regulatory compliance within the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, focusing on EHS data management. The specialist will be responsible for the safe and legally compliant assessment of materials, substances, and mixtures, ensuring adherence to global regulations like REACh, GHS, and RoHS. Key daily tasks include maintaining EHS-relevant product data in SAP EH&S, continuously developing the data, process, and system architecture for EHS data management, and acting as a key user for data management tools. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Natural, Engineering, or Information Sciences, coupled with several years of experience in Product Safety or Hazard Communication, excellent knowledge of international chemical and environmental regulations, and very good proficiency in SAP EH&S.
